By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. Terms of Service
Only you are responsible for all results of your actions. We are not responsible for anything that results from visiting our forums or interacting with Simplicity.
I. Simplicity
Simplicity and all its related services are only for the purpose of your personal playing and enjoyment and require that you agree with our terms of service. All content found on our forums and game pertaining to Simplicity and all its related services including, but not limited to links, images, and ideas are only for personal purposes and may not be used in the court of law.
By visiting Simplicity and all its related services, you agree that you are not in any way related to Nexon, Wizet or any parties related to Nexon or Wizet.
If any information on Simplicity and all related services is disclosed to any entity this information would be obtained illegally and not admissible to court.

Simplicity is a private server with no interest in commercial gain. Donations to Simplicity are solely used for the purpose for paying the bills of the dedicated server. If you utilize any of Simplicity’s links, downloads, images, services, or other content you full agree to our terms of service.
Be aware that Simplicity and all its related services may have content that you may not find pleasant. “Spamming” and “flaming” are forbidden, and if you persist in doing either, you must immediately leave and never return.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue our services to anyone we wish.
II. Forums
All content found on Simplicity’s forums, especially if it is posted by any user of any kind, is solely for personal usage and may not be used anywhere else not limited to the court of law. Any form of racism is strictly forbidden. Disrupting the posting and discussion of others by and not limited to spamming, flooding, flaming, and posting unwelcoming or vulgar posts is not allowed. Be warned that content you may find unpleasant or do not agree with may be on our forums. We do not welcome promotion of illicit content including, but not limited to warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attack against networks or servers, pornography, racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on servers. We reserve the right to remove such content that is found and punish whoever breaks such a rule.
III. The Game
You agree to the following rules when playing Simplicity:
1. Do not falsely report other players.
2. Do not abuse any of Simplicity’s services.
3. Keep hateful and vulgar language is a minimal.
4. Impersonation is forbidden.
5. Using, selling, or advertising, hacking or macro tools are forbidden. Leveling while away from your keyboard is not allowed in any way.
6. Show respect to our server and others. You may be punished for disrespect to Simplicity’s GM(s) and administrator(s).
7. You may be addicted if you play. You are responsible for anything that happens to you as a result of visiting Simplicity and all its related services. We reserve the right to perform whatever we believe is necessary when needed.
If you do not properly follow the terms of service, you may be permanently banned and have services permanently terminated.
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time without the users’ consent.
